Hailed as the largest, free outdoor gospel festival in the Central Savannah River Area, the 11th Annual Shout 94.7 FM Radio "Shoutfest," is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, 10AM-5PM, Perry Memorial Park, 720 Abbeville Avenue, NE in Aiken.
