There will be a fundraising yard sale Friday, 8/12 at the pavilion in Wagener from 7:30am -11:00am. Proceeds will go toward the $5500 needed for phase III of Tyrell Staley's journey to the Shepherd Center. Donations will be accepted. The Southern Starz Performing Arts Studio will have a grand opening event on August 28, 2016 at 2:00 pm. The studio has been open during the summer, but would like to celebrate with the town their official grand opening and the beginning of their fall classes.

CTFK's annual Back2School Bash will be held on Saturday August 13, 2016 in the former Wagener Manufacturing Plant parking lot during the morning hours. Children must be present to receive free school supplies and more. All students may participate - public or private school, homeschool, etc.
